mostly okay stay
good size helpful staff french toast awful pillow limited space warm room
The room was amazing, really good size and the location was great too! i loved how helpful the hotel staff were during the entire stay. plus, the breakfast menu was excellent, i especially adored the french toast. The service staff were also very friendly.
The pillows were awful, the worst i've ever had in a 5 star hotel! parking was a huge issue. The hotel charges a lot per night and had limited spaces. also there was no ventilation in a too warm room with carpets and curtains. that's not okay

miserly omission inconvenient key
The staff were friendly and accommodating. That met expectations.
I was disappointed to find not one complimentary drink in the room, not even a small bottle of water. this seems a rather miserly omission. furthermore, my room key failed to work after a long day, requiring a trip back to reception for reactivation. This inconvenience is unacceptable

stationary bikes rainfall shower
i adored the gym! it featured three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower!
the hotel charged a daily fee for parking. it was quite expensive!

the room was fabulously large and well designed with good storage space. soft linens and super comfortable beds were present too.
the water pressure in the shower was very poor , i found that inconvenient.

professional staff tranquil atmosphere warm welcome
the staff displayed amazing service. the rooms have nice appointments and were comfortable. i appreciated the warm welcome and the tranquil atmosphere despite the city centre location.
i experienced a minor issue as there was a slight smell near the elevators on my floor

the staff were helpful and accommodating especially with dietary needs they assisted with arranging birthday decorations displaying attention to detail. the reception staff were helpful with all types of requests creating a very positive atmosphere .

Fantastic Stay!
modern room generous bathroom friendly staff
I found the room very modern and BIG. The bathroom had a generous size. The walk-in closet was convenient and included everything I needed. The bar and restaurant felt cute, and the staff was very friendly with classic food.
The minibar prices were a LITTLE high, but that is typical for hotels.

superb menu optimal location
the breakfast offered a superb a la carte menu. it included exceedingly delicious french toast. the hotel's location is optimal, just across an iconic bridge from the city center.
the gym lacked atmosphere and was slightly dated!
